I completed my training at the Healing and Acupuncture College in Brighton. The philosophy of the College gave me a unique insight into both 5 Element and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. I have also completed extra courses in auricular acupuncture, NADA Detox protocol, infertility and pregnancy acupuncture.
BackgroundMy interest in how the body works was developed through my background as martial arts competitor. I began by studying Sports Massage and Exercise Therapy and then completed an Honours Degree in Sports Therapy at Chichester University. I was lucky enough to be guided by some of the top physiotherapists and sports physiologists in the country.
